Description:

At Chick-fil-A Culpeper Colonnade, we’re looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic individuals to join our team as Front-of-House (FOH) Team Members. You’ll be the face of our restaurant—greeting guests with warmth, taking orders accurately, and ensuring each customer leaves with a smile.Whether you’re looking to build a career in hospitality or simply want a positive work environment where you can grow and be valued, we’re here to help you succeed. No prior experience is necessary—we’ll provide comprehensive training.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and a genuine smile
• Take accurate orders and ensure food is delivered promptly and correctly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, restrooms, and workstations
• Provide second-mile service to go above and beyond for guests
• Work as a team to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Follow all safety and food handling procedures
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care

Qualifications:

• Must be 16 years or older
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to serve others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Must be available to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, Wednesdays and Saturdays (we are closed Sundays)
